Wardens host a lunch
Did I hear one of the ladies say, “Sunday lunch always tastes better when you know you don’t have to do the washing up”? Brethren and their wives/partners were at Stroud at the invitation of Will Durman and Andy Fautley, the active Senior and Junior Wardens. And to say the meal was top-notch could not be in dispute. At the conclusion, Jane and Jacqui respectively were presented with bouquets of flowers. The wardens have busy schedules throughout their year in office, notwithstanding that Will is also chair of Gloucestershire Masonic Charity Action, and Andy is Square Talk editor.
