Who are we?

Consecrated on the 17th June 1857. Meeting at the Freemasons’ Hall in Stroud.

What we do

At its inception the members were drawn from the ‘great and good’ of Stroud including solicitors, bank staff, business and landowners and those of independent means. They had no allegiance to any particular trade or calling.

Why join us?

Today, the modern Sherborne Lodge draws its’ membership from varied and diverse walks of life, enjoying the companionship of professional and non-professional men as well as those who have retired.
