Provincial Grand Lodge Of Gloucestershire

Lodge of Progress

No: 9144

Who are we?

Consecrated on the 15th December 1984. Meeting at the Freemasons’ Hall in Gloucester.

What we do

The purpose of the Lodge is to assist (“progress”) worthy and deserving masons to attain the Chair and become Worshipful Brethren. This is specifically for Brethren who have been members for some considerable time and served the Craft but denied progression, perhaps by holding a key office (i.e. Secretary, Treasurer, Organist, etc.) for many years, or, due to work commitments have moved from area to area, or served in the Armed Forces which necessitated moving around, and progressed through the offices but never attained the Chair.

Why join us?

Looking for help in progressing through the chair, this could be the lodge for you!
