Four Past Chairmen of Prorsum Semper Honour Tim Henderson Ross

In a heartwarming gathering, the four past chairmen of the Prorsum Semper Light Blues Club — Nick Hartshorn, Scott Redpath, Matt Brown, and Brian Morris — came together to honour Tim Henderson Ross. This special occasion marked a significant moment as they expressed gratitude for his unwavering support during the club’s formative years.

The meeting was held just before Tim Henderson Ross concluded his distinguished ten-year tenure as Provincial Grand Master of Gloucestershire. The chairmen presented him with a small token of appreciation, symbolising the club’s deep gratitude for his guidance and encouragement. Tim graciously accepted the gift, reflecting on the enthusiasm and proactive spirit of the club’s members. He commended the brethren for their dedication and “can-do” attitude, which were instrumental in establishing Prorsum Semper as a thriving entity within the Province.

In his remarks, Tim expressed his delight at witnessing the tangible difference the club has made, emphasising the positive impact it has had on the Masonic community. As he prepared to hand over the role of President to his successor, Ian Michael Davies, he took great pride in seeing the club in a strong and vibrant position.

The gathering underscored the significant achievements of Prorsum Semper under Tim’s leadership and the continued commitment of its members to uphold the values and traditions of Freemasonry.

Looking ahead, the new committee comprises a group of enthusiastic brethren who embody the club’s name “Prorsum Semper,” meaning “ever forward.” Their dedication and forward-thinking spirit ensure that the club will continue to thrive and make a meaningful impact in the years to come.
