The Gloucestershire Masonic Society was represented at the New Park Challenge, a ‘Soapbox” event held on the Berkeley Estate’ by kind permission of Daisy and Charles Berkeley.
The Masonic Society kart was sponsored by the Adrian Davies Lodge of Rugby Union.
The 15 karts ran down the 500m course though most sustained at least one crash. Peter Cloughton’s first run ended with a “bump” at the Water Splash, but his second run took 1min 12 seconds which meant a finishing position of 6th. We look forward to more Freemasons joining us for next years event.
